L’Annual MetNet International Meeting torna a Barcelona per a la seva XXII edició, amb la mirada posada en com dialoguen els teixits metabòlics entre si —teixit adipós, illots pancreàtics, fetge, múscul— i en com aquest coneixement es tradueix en noves estratègies terapèutiques. Durant dos dies, investigadors i investigadores d’arreu compartiran els avenços més recents en comunicació adipós-illot, dimorfisme sexual i metabolisme al llarg de la vida, metodologies avançades, teràpies per a malalties metabòliques i rares, i el paper de l’estil de vida i l’ambient en la salut metabòlica.

Aquest any no hi haurà sessions de pòsters: totes les comunicacions no seleccionades per a presentació oral es defensaran com a flash presentations de 2 minuts, per donar més agilitat i visibilitat a la recerca de tothom.

Comunicacions i resums

Us animem a presentar la vostra recerca. Format dels resums:

• Font: Times New Roman, cos 10
• Espaiat: senzill
• Marges: 2,5 cm (superior, inferior, esquerre i dret)
• Títol: en majúscules, màxim 250 caràcters
• Afiliació: indicar correspondència amb números si n’hi ha més d’una
• Autor de correspondència: marcat amb un asterisc i amb el correu electrònic
• Resum: màxim 1.800 caràcters amb espais

Els resums es pengen en el moment de la inscripció, indicant si es vol optar a presentació oral. El Comitè Científic seleccionarà les orals; la resta seran flash presentations.

The MetNet International Annual Meeting returns to Barcelona, focusing on how metabolic tissues communicate with one another—adipose tissue, pancreatic islets, liver, and muscle—and how this knowledge can be translated into new therapeutic strategies. Over two days, researchers from around the world will share the latest advances in adipose–islet communication, sexual dimorphism and metabolism across the lifespan, advanced methodologies, therapies for metabolic and rare diseases, and the role of lifestyle and the environment in metabolic health.

 

This year, there will be no poster sessions. Instead, all abstracts not selected for an oral presentation will be presented as 2-minute flash presentations, providing greater visibility and a more dynamic format for showcasing everyone’s research.

We encourage you to present your research. Abstract format:

 

Font: Times New Roman, size 10

Line spacing: Single

Margins: 2.5 cm (top, bottom, left, and right)

Title: Uppercase, maximum 250 characters

Affiliations: Indicate affiliations using superscript numbers if there is more than one

Corresponding author: Marked with an asterisk (*) and including an email address

Abstract: Maximum 1,800 characters including spaces

 

Abstracts must be uploaded during the registration process, indicating whether you wish to be considered for an oral presentation. The Scientific Committee will select the oral presentations; all other accepted abstracts will be presented as flash presentations.
